Route Setter

VITAL Climbing Gym’s Bellingham location is officially looking for a new member to join our setting team! We are looking for someone that has minimum one year of commercial setting experience. Our gym is the only bouldering gym in Bellingham, so we have the opportunity to set for a wide range of climbing abilities and preferred styles. Thus, we are looking for someone comfortable setting for that demographic. We value a positive experience for both our staff and patrons, so we are looking to hire someone who is competent and friendly, bonus if they can bring the stoke!
