Compensation: $6,000 – $10,000 (based on experience)

Timber Lake West Camp is a premier co-ed sleepaway camp located in the stunning Catskill Mountains. We
deliver a classic camp experience full of athletics, aquatics, outdoor adventure, creative arts, and
unforgettable memories — all powered by an energetic, professional staff.
We are seeking a motivated Outdoor Adventure Director to lead our entire outdoor adventure program
this summer at Timber Lake West, a premier co-ed sleepaway camp in the Catskill Mountains.
This leadership role oversees:
Rock-Climbing Walls
Zip Line
High & Low Ropes Courses
Mountain Biking (no prior experience required)
Archery (no prior experience required)
We’re looking for someone who can lead and manage staff, maintain a safe environment, and deliver an
unforgettable adventure experience for our campers.
