We’re a rock climbing gym opening in Vestal, NY this winter, and we’re looking to grow our first Binghamton Facilities Support Crew. Our Facilities Support Crew are people who care about the maintenance of the facility and want to see it at its most sparkly self. Facilities Support Crew will be working behind the scenes of the gym, but should understand their impact on the community and strive to create welcoming spaces for all our members and guests.

Experience in climbing isn’t a requirement but it is recommended. We are a gym founded by outdoor climbers and we believe in getting outside to climb just as much as we believe in the indoor gym community. Above all else, you need to have a strong desire to be part of The Pad community.
