Gym Director

Shift is a innovative bouldering experience opening in Holland, MI in early 2025. We will be the industry’s leading employer and creator of quality climbing experiences and content. Our two founders (Jonathan Brandt and Jack Ogilvie) are looking to grow our leadership team with the hiring of a Gym Director. We will bring this person into the fold of strategic planning, culture and product development, curating an industry-leading employee experience, and managing a world-class climbing experience.
