    Job Description:

    As a Sales and Software Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and ensuring our clients receive top-notch support. You will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, conducting software demos, creating engaging demo videos, provide technical support, and assist in creating and maintaining our knowledge base.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Inquiries and Demos:

    • Respond to incoming sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Create and deliver compelling software demonstrations to potential clients.
    • Customize demos based on client needs and feedback.

    Onboarding Support:

    • Support our onboarding team with technical support.
    • Collaborate with onboarding team on needs and direct onboarding support.

    Software Support:

    • Assist in technical support to clients via email, phone, and live chat.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, escalating when necessary.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate solutions.

    Knowledge Base Management:

    • Write and update technical knowledge base articles.
    • Coordinate with the development and support teams to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Identify common support issues and create articles to address them proactively.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience with Redpoint HQ strongly preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales, customer support, or a related role.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software.
    • Experience creating video content is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
