    Wage Scale: $66,560.00 – $75,000.00 Annual Salary

    Overview:

    A Facilities Manager is someone who is hard working, team-oriented, and self-driven. The ideal candidate comes with facilities management experience and is passionate about maintaining and improving industry-leading facilities that foster self-discovery and community through climbing, yoga, and fitness.

    Responsibilities:

    • Have overall responsibility for the general upkeep, maintenance, and improvement of all Sender One facilities;
    • Hire, train, and manage Facilities Supervisors and Specialists;
    • Lead, develop, and hold direct reports accountable
      Vet and hire contractors to perform specialized work;
    • Perform cost and benefit analysis of projects and create proposals to present to the operations and executive teams;
    • Execute against a budget with specified line items;
    • Coordinate with the Construction Team on large scale, facility-based projects and new gym hand offs;
    • Work closely with the Risk & Safety and Training & Development teams to ensure the facilities and the facilities team and Customer Experience staff meet or exceed risk, accessibility, and state and CWA compliance standards;
    • Ensure facilities requests are resolved promptly and there is clear communication across teams;
    • Prioritize projects and workflow at several locations according to Company and individual Facility needs;
    • Coordinates with IT on cross departmental projects, and leaves room for Facilities Supervisor to aid with IT projects;
    • Have overall responsibility for all building and facilities inspection schedules for all aspects of the physical spaces of Sender One facilities (Sender City elements, fire extinguishers, etc.);
    • Have overall responsibility for all personal protective equipment (PPE) inspection schedules, including harnesses, auto belays, and top ropes.

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • Cleanliness Customer Satisfaction Score;
    • Task Completion Rates for each Sender One Facility;
    • Non-payroll Costs.

    • Passionate about climbing, maintenance, and cleanliness;
    • Adaptive, organized, and able to manage time and projects effectively across multiple facilities;
    • Open to receiving and providing feedback, guidance, insight, assistance, and perspective in a professional manner;

    Industry Experience:

    • Project and budget management;
    • Team leadership and management;
    • Basic electrical, plumbing maintenance, carpentry, and general construction work;
    • Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment necessary to maintaining the facility including hand tools and power tools;
    • Top rope & lead climbing experience;
    • At-heights rope working experience;
    • Knowledge of Google Suite – Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.;
    • Knowledge of Rock Gym Pro software;
    • Knowledge of Basecamp;
    • Knowledge of Limble.

    Time Commitment:

    • Must be fully available to work 40-50  hours per week;
    • Works regular facilities hours (8am-5pm) alongside their team at key facilities;
    • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to All Sender One sites;
    • Attends the weekly Operations meeting;
    • Meets monthly at a specified location for VFT meetings;
    • Meets weekly with Facilities Supervisors;
    • Leads regular Facilities meetings;
    • Must be able to attend the Mandatory All Staff Quarterly meeting.
