The Gravity Vault Indoor Rock Gyms’ mission is to make everyone’s rock climbing experience with us a positive and memorable one. Instructor
The majority of the staff in our facility are instructors. We look for individuals with a work hard/play hard attitude who want to work in an exciting, dynamic, customer-facing role.

Job responsibilities include:
Belaying for Programs
Coordinating Birthday Parties
Working at the Front Desk
responding to customer inquiries
booking classes, programs, event
membership sales
community engagement
Use of POS system and retail sales
Outstanding Customer Service
Responding to customer issues, injuries, and risk management concerns

Requirements: 
Must be at least 16 years old
Good attitude, patience, and strong work ethic
Flexible availability; weekend availability strongly preferred
Climbing experience is a plus but not required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know!
Effective communication skills
