Routesetter

Climbing Collective is looking to hire a full time (32 hours per week) routesetter.

This position will be required to travel between all 3 of our facilities to set both boulder and rope routes.

We have a lift at Longmont for rope setting, but will set primarily on ropes at Greeley. The candidate should ideally have experience setting on ropes.

Compensation starts at $20/hour and goes up depending on experience. Medical/Dental/Vision insurance available.

Requirements:

At least 2 years commercial routesetting experience.

Ideally rope and boulder experience and rope or lift experience would be great.

Reliable transportation to be able to travel between 3 locations (fuel stipend paid) is a necessity.

Must be able to work on ladders, lift 50 lbs., give and receive feedback, and work as a part of a team.
