This $500/month is a commitment for at least 12 months of payments that includes these benefits:

News Mid website ad (same spot you’ve had for years). In 2024 you got 83,600 impressions and 115 clicks (based on Jan 1 through Nov 30 average) – see more details in your dashboard here, although know the stats drop off Dec 6 when we switched to the new website, rest assured your ads still are displaying, we just have not yet updated the dashboards with the new code, that hopefully by end of Jan. We now sell these for $220/mo, and those sidebar ads are always sold out.
Premium membership. This includes many benefits including on-demand downloads of our gym map contact list, access to both our Gyms & Trends Dashboard and webinar recordings, one sponsored story, ten press releases or featured jobs, and a few other benefits (see whole list here). Note: you provide the content for stories/releases/jobs. We sell these for $1500/yr.
Market Report and Dashboard. This is our new market analysis tool that integrates our proprietary gym map (with fields we do not include in the download access above) with Census, CDC, and other public datasets. These walkthrough videos are a great way to see the functionality. We are asking $6000/yr for this access for builders, consultants, and chains with 10+ locations, and that fee includes Premium membership.
Deals for your clients. We are comfortable with you offering any of your serious clients your password to the webinar recordings or invitations to attend live. We also can extend any of your clients 50% off purchase of any data products or memberships for their first year – we would want you to make a personal introduction via email to get this discount.
Discount on future data products. We intend to launch additional paid data products during 2025, and as part of this package we can offer you 50% off purchase of any of them for the first year.
Feedback sessions. You agree to meet with us for at least two one-hour meetings to provide structured feedback about our current data products, and at least one one-hour meeting for  each future data product you choose to purchase with the 50% discount. We intend to continue developing these tools, and would love to hear how you think we could make them better.
