Salary: $55,000-$65,000 base + ~$40,000 first-year commission

We’re seeking a Sales Development Manager who’s ready to elevate the industry and drive growth across our Vertical Solutions (walls), Proxy (holds), and Habit (pads) product lines. This role blends sales strategy, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to expand our reach and build lasting partnerships in the climbing world.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and lead sales across our climbing walls, holds, and pads-from generating leads to closing deals.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies, including identifying potential customers and tracking activity in Salesforce.
  • Analyze performance data and campaign results to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure client expectations and timelines are met.
  • Partner with marketing to develop and implement promotional campaigns, social media strategy, and outreach tools.
  • Assist in pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and deal structure development.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and stay current with climbing industry trends and competitors.
  • Provide a best-in-class client experience through exceptional service and proactive communication.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in a high-touch environment.
  • 5+ years in the climbing industry preferred-route setting or gym operations experience a plus.
  • Solid understanding of the climbing market, with bonus points for construction/manufacturing insight.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Organized, self-driven, solutions-oriented-someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
