Stone Climbing exists for our community to thrive on and off our walls. We are a climber-owned and operated gym that has been in business for 3.5 years. We are opening our second premiere ground-up facility in Jacksonville, Florida this year and are looking for a badass to manage it. This will be a full-service gym with a fitness center, yoga, recovery area, bouldering, and 50 foot rope walls.
We are seeking someone who bleeds excellence to manage our brand-new facility (Opening September 2025). Our future Operations Manager leads by example, has elite-level people skills, and won’t stop until the job is done. They are passionate about creating the best indoor climbing experience in the world.

Experience
Our ideal candidate should have:
- At least three years of organizational management experience
- At least three years of rock climbing experience (indoor and/or outdoor)
- At least a high school degree, but a four-year college degree is preferable
- References available
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and is more than just monetary. We value work/life balance and the ability to take time off to travel and climb. That said, for the first year time off will be limited due to this being a brand-new facility in a new area with many responsibilities. Monetary compensation could range from $50k – $70k per year depending on experience. This position will have performance incentives attached.
