About Us: North Mass Boulder is dedicated to creating a welcoming and challenging environment for climbers of all skill levels. Our facility features a variety of climbing walls and a vibrant community of climbing enthusiasts.

Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic routesetter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for climbing, a keen eye for creative problem-solving, and experience in routesetting.

Responsibilities:

Design and set engaging boulder problems for climbers of all abilities.
Collaborate with the team to develop new routes and maintain existing ones.
Ensure all routes are safe, and enjoyable for climbers.
Participate in regular maintenance and cleaning of climbing holds and walls.
Provide feedback and support to fellow setters.
Stay current with setting trends and techniques.
Set 2-4 boulders per day.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in routesetting preferred, but not required.
Experienced climbing background.
Understanding of safety protocols.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
