Stone Climbing exists for our community to thrive on and off our walls. We are a climber-owned and operated gym that has been in business for 3.5 years. We are opening our second premiere ground-up facility in Jacksonville, Florida this year and are looking for a badass Head Routesetter. This will be a full-service gym with a fitness center, yoga, recovery area, bouldering, and 50-foot rope walls.
Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills who can lead our routesetting team and manage the rope and boulder setting across two locations in NE Florida.

Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and is more than just monetary. We value work/life balance and the ability to take time off to travel and climb. Monetary compensation could range from $35k – $50k per year depending on experience.
