Are you passionate about construction and adventure? EP Climbing is looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic Installation Team as Climbing Wall Installers (Apprentice, Level 1, Level 2). Opportunities for these positions are part-time to full-time and are project-based. The role offers an exciting chance to:
- Travel across North America to build innovative climbing walls in a variety of settings.
- Receive hands-on, industry-specific training in climbing wall installation.
- Work alongside a dedicated team driving the evolution of climbing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced installers in constructing climbing walls following detailed plans and strict safety protocols.
- Apply basic carpentry skills, including cutting, drilling, and fastening materials.
- Adapt to diverse project environments with a strong willingness to learn.
- Promote a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Prior construction experience required.
- Strong attention to detail, dedication to quality, and excellent work ethic.
- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical fitness and stamina for manual labor in varied environments.
- Willingness to travel for project-based assignments (ranging from one week to several months).
- Eagerness to learn and master EP Climbing’s specialized wall systems.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Ownership of basic professional-grade carpentry tools (impact driver, drill, circular saw).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (must provide documentation).
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds as part of the job’s physical demands.
